WINTER SERVICE OPERATIONS

A very cost effective way of ensuring the winter service operations are being carried out correctly is to ensure that operatives and supervisors are adequately trained and competent. Raglan Training Centre offers Training and Assessment for winter maintenance operatives to nationally agreed standards.

To register as a winter service operative you will need to attend a one-day Winter Service Operations Safety Awareness course and pass a multiple choice question paper before being able to register (Unit 080). assessment and re-registration is required every 5 years
