NECT was established in October 2000, when a number of trainers in the North East of England joined together to deliver quality training in Construction, Highway Maintenance, Plant, Fencing and Management Training and Assessment. NECT prides itself on establishing a good client relationship by addressing the needs of the customer. This is applied in both the public and private sector, providing quality courses to the clients' requirements be they off the shelf training courses or specialist training to suit the customers' needs. All courses run by NECT are delivered to the highest standard by professional trainers, thereby ensuring all candidates are trained to a nationally recognised competency in line with national standards endorsed by CITB, City & Guilds, CTA and Lantra. Course prices are normally determined by the amount of persons attending, meaning the price is greatly reduced the more candidates on the course. It may also be possible to obtain discount for more than one course.
